Overview of changes:
a. wet_bed_reset - originally a function but now incorporated into function sediment_supply
b. vertical_beach_growth - beach increasing in elevation, does not maintain beach width
c. constant_SCR_constant_tanB - changes beach elevation and maintains beach width based on fixed beach slope
d. constant_SCR_variable_tanB - changes evolves shoreline and beach slope
